At HYOU Fine Jewelry, we want you to treasure your pieces forever; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made and engraved jewelry are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place the jewelry in its original velvet box and protective packaging, ensuring all authenticity certificates and tags are included.

• 3.
  Ship with Care

  Affix the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition of the piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
